LINK Business Facilitation offers one-on-one confidential assistance to small businesses in the Liberty Missouri area. The Business Facilitator will meet at a convenient time and place that works on the entrepreneur’s schedule and is the connector of resources that will guide business owners to the information or contact that can help them with any barriers they may have. LINK Business Facilitation is for all phases of business; start-up, growth cycles and succession and retirement planning.

We are here to help entrepreneurs in a secure and anonymous style during all phases of their business; start-up, growth cycles and sucession and retirement planning.

• One-on-One Assistance:

The business facilitator will meet you at a convenient time and place. We know you are busy so you pick the time and we will keep the meeting under an hour! Our goal is to create a relationship with our business owners so if you need anything you always have a person to call on. If you have a new start up idea, let’s brainstorm how to make it happen. If your business is already established we will uncover the parts that you love and dig deep to find the areas that can be tweaked. We will do some vision casting, setting short term and long term goals for your business. Through the meeting we will know enough about your business to be able to connect you to resources or contacts that will actually benefit you!

• Resource Team:

The LINK Resource Team is comprised of community leaders that together have a wealth of experience, knowledge and contacts. They meet monthly to strategies ways to help small businesses in the area that the facilitator shares with them. This group of people believe in the innovation entrepreneurship brings to our community. Strong locally owned businesses will set the path for future growth for ourselves and generations to come.
