MC Power Companies partners with municipalities, school districts, businesses, and non-profits to proactively bring technological ideas to meet pressing business and organizational needs. They offer energy reduction, generation, technology and financial strategies to assist these entities in managing ever changing operating environments.

If you have been out to Fountain Bluff Sports Complex lately you may have noticed all the new solar panels! The City of Liberty utilized MC Power to design and implement a city wide solar plan that encompassed 11 sites and 2,494 Solar Panels. These sites included Fountain Bluff Sports Complex and City Well Fields. The sports complex had been looking for ways to proactively reduce expenses and it worked out perfect that they had available land for on-site solar generation to provide fixed energy costs for the next 30 years. Construction commenced in March 2019 with system completion coming at the end of June. This system not only benefits Fountain Bluff, but the City of Liberty as well by providing sustainable low cost energy well into the future.

Stats of the MC Power/ City of Liberty Solar Project:
823.02 kW DC between 11 sites at Fountain Bluff & Well Field
Annual Production: 1,131,516 kWhs
2,494 (330 Watt) Panels
Equivalent to powering 60 average homes
19,233 tons of CO2 will be eliminated from your footprint over the life of the system (30 Years)
Avoiding 18,741,545 lbs of coal being burned
Which is equivalent to:
• Planting 448,139 Trees
• Driving Reduced by 38,467,000 Miles
• Recycling 60,778 Tons of Waste instead of sending to landfill

When asked about working with the City of Liberty Lindsay Case with MC Power said Liberty is a progressive, forward thinking city. They are good stewards of their tax money, finding innovative ways to reduce expenses.
